Natalie’s journey in British Columbia began with cherished childhood summers in Kamloops, filled with adventures at Shuswap Lake and in the surrounding mountains. These early experiences fostered a lasting connection to the region, guiding her back to make it her home.

Her ambition was evident from a young age, as she proudly walked into preschool in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, carrying a briefcase - a sign of the determined career path ahead. Years later, she became the first in her family to earn a university degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, trading city life for the stunning landscapes of British Columbia.

Natalie's professional journey began in commercial real estate with Cadillac Fairview, later Oxford Properties Group and Primaris Retail REIT, where she honed her skills in marketing, negotiation, and client service. This chapter laid a solid groundwork for her career, earning her accolades including several nominations to the Leaders Circle by her peers.

In 2009, Natalie met her future husband, Kelly Benedet, and together they embarked on a journey of designing and building custom homes in the Okanagan. This collaboration enriched her understanding of residential development and melded her design sensibilities with construction expertise.

In 2011, she redirected her marketing talents toward philanthropy, joining the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation. During her time there, she led the initiative to raise $12 million to enhance surgical services and the region’s first open-heart surgical program - an achievement that reflects her commitment to community impact.

By 2019, Natalie found the ideal platform to integrate her marketing, residential development, and client service experience as a real estate advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. She has continually adapted to the evolving market, bringing creativity and insight to her clients.

As part of Benedet & Ross, Natalie provides her empathetic nature, skillfully connecting clients with homes that resonate with their lifestyles and aspirations. Within Sotheby’s, Natalie taps into the brand’s global reach, ensuring her clients’ properties are professionally presented to a refined international audience.

Raised in the picturesque Squamish, British Columbia, Scott Ross embodies the values of determination and hard work, shaped by his close-knit family and summers spent on his grandparents’ farm in Prince Edward Island. Those early experiences taught him about dedication and patience, qualities that continue to inform his professional journey.

From 1991 to 2004, Scott competed at an elite level in cross-country mountain biking, racing in prestigious events across North America. This background instilled a strong work ethic, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical resilience in achieving success.

In 1995, Scott married his long-time partner, Heather, and together they have raised two daughters, fostering a family life rich in adventure and entrepreneurial endeavours.

Scott’s career in real estate began with a bold vision. In 2004, Scott and Heather gained recognition in the Vancouver Sun when they introduced Squamish’s first spec-built home priced over $1 million, setting a new standard for the area. His journey took an international turn as he spent eight years in Mexico, where he refined his skills in innovative homebuilding techniques while working with a diverse range of clients.

Upon relocating to the Okanagan, Scott and Heather continued to break new ground in luxury residential design, contributing to some of the valley's most remarkable homes. Their project, Mont des Cieux, received the prestigious Okanagan Housing Excellence Award in 2023. That same year, Scott joined Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, where he utilizes his extensive knowledge to guide clients through the real estate market with precision and care.

Scott combines his vast experience in custom homebuilding with a genuine passion for real estate, empowering clients to make informed decisions. His deep understanding of construction provides buyers with insights into quality and potential, while sellers benefit from his strategic approach when showing their properties and negotiating with potential buyers.
